Step 1
A quality job starts with our Customer Care team making a friendly visit to better understand your requirements, discuss options and undertake measurements for quoting. We'll then consult with our technical factory team and prepare a written estimate which is sent to you for review. We understand that purchasing new windows and doors is an investment. No pushy salespeople - just an honest desire to provide you with helpful information in making your decision.
Step 2
Upon your approval of the budget estimate, your project begins.
We'll arrange for our Installation team to conduct an on-site visit to verify all specifications and undertake precise measurements.
If they see concerns, they will address them to ensure there are no hidden surprises. A deposit of 25% is required to book a detailed measurement visit.
If at any time prior to approving the final estimate, you choose not to proceed, we'll refund the deposit.
Step 3
A final estimate is provided based on the installation team visit. We'll be sure to address any of your questions or concerns.
Once you're comfortable, with your written approval, we begin manufacturing your products. Our turnaround times are typically 6 - 8 weeks, depending on seasonal influx, from approval.
When your windows and/or doors are ready, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time for installation.We'll provide expert craftmanship to ensure you are completely happy with your new Rusco Windows and Doors!
