Frequently asked
How do I get a quote?
A Rusco representative visits your home at a time that works for you, measures every opening, and gives you a price on the spot based on the opening size, any repair work needed, and the product you choose.
Is the in-home consultation free?
Yes, the consultation and quote are both free.
What happens after I place my order?
A professional installer takes a second measurement before your windows or doors are built, to guarantee an exact fit.
Who does the installation?
Rusco's own installation team handles it start to finish, removing the old unit and installing the new one.
What's your warranty?
Vinyl window frames carry 1 year full coverage plus 39 additional years against rotting, warping, chipping, corroding, peeling, or blistering. Insulated glass is covered 10 years against fogging. Steel doors are covered 10 years against rust, corrosion, or delamination.
Do you work with homeowners, or just businesses?
Both. Rusco builds for residential homeowners as well as commercial, institutional, and government projects.
