Model 1900& 3900
The Rusco Model 1900 and 3900 add diamond-accent kick panels to the lower door for a distinctive, finished look, built on our heavy-class 18 gauge steel frame with reinforced mullions. The 1900 features two single-diamond panels; the 3900 features two double-diamond panels.
- 18 gauge, .047" G90 hot-dipped galvanized steel main frame, roll-formed tubular lock seam construction
- Two embossed 16 gauge galvanized steel kick panels: single-diamond accent (1900) or double-diamond accent (3900)
- Mullions: 18 gauge, .052" galvanized steel, for added reinforcement 12" x 12" .028" diameter 304H stainless steel wire mesh, minimum 800 lb tensile strength per linear inch
- Extruded .062" aluminum Z-bars with compression-type vinyl weatherstripping Main frame not less than 2 3/4" x 15/16", with 14 gauge internal corner reinforcing gussets, full-face welded on both faces and buffed smooth
- Wire mesh held with a 90-degree bend on all four sides, secured by tamper-proof screws, 4" on center Four tamper-proof 304 stainless steel hinges with oil-lite bearings
- Adjustable extruded aluminum sill sweep with flexible vinyl sweep (box sweep with rubber sweeps available)
- Cadmium or zinc-plated hardened steel screws throughout
- Chemically pre-treated steel, finished with electrostatically applied polyester powder paint, baked 20 minutes at 350°F; standard colour range, with special colours available to match architectural requirements
- KT186 Heavy Duty Hardware Kit available, with adjustable door closer, wind chain and locking mechanism
- Tested to ANSI SMA 6001-2002, heavy class
